Shipping & Returns Policy
At YAWEH, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping Times
All orders go through a 3–7 business day production period before shipping, as each item is made to order. Once produced, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: ~25 days average (95% of orders delivered within 30 days)
- Special Line: ~10 days average (95% delivered within 15 days)
- Special Line Pro: ~9 days average (faster option)
- International Express: ~5 days average (fastest option)
Note: Shipping times do not include the production period.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
You have 180 days from your delivery date to request a return or refund. For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, please submit your claim within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Worn, stained, or damaged items
- Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 180 days
- Items that were accurately produced per your order but are no longer wanted
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram @ywhfashion.official with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.
